Teva is launching AirDuo (air-DOO-oh) RespiClick AND its authorized generic, fluticasone/salmeterol. The generic costs about $90/month...versus $285/month for AirDuo or up to $475/month for Advair.

But the new dry-powder inhalers are NOT AB-rated generics for Advair Diskus because they come in different strengths and devices. Plus AirDuo is not approved for COPD...and it's only for ages 12 and up.
